If I have to read "hit Yakuza saga" in the copy / on the cover one more time... I will continue to question whether or not BMB writes his own copy.

If its of interest I recommend you go back and look at his Superman solicits for a similar use of very specific language. Also, in a recent interview Al Ewing said he writes solicits for his Marvel books, so I think it's part and parcel of the comics writing process. BMB'S solicits have a particular voice regardless of publisher, and yes I've spent too much time thinking about this. Also, interestingly, his Superman solicits were out of sync with the events of the issues, suggesting they were written far in advance (Jimmy being the owner of the DP was teased weirdly for a while). I wish I had them at hand!
