I mean it's so on the nose it's causing breathing difficulties, I find myself wondering who is more likely to take offense to it, if anybody. It's like being told a joke by someone existing 17 planes of existence away from you.

Love the weirdly-styled Colonialist dialogue, but...is anyone else having a problem with the theoretically "normal" Avengers dialogue?

Like, some lines are fine, but I have a hard time parsing "There is none of this about which I am feeling at all good" or T'Challa saying "Weird" or Thor's "certain kinds of toads" bit.

It's like they're trying for MCU levels of quippage, and it does not work in print at all.

Though it does set the expectations at a high level. How messed up must a situation be if Thor struggles to find words to describe it? The dude regularly hangs out with a frog who wields the same powers as him.
