Marvel's werewolf curse has almost as many origins as Ghost Rider. Darkhold, this, another primordial wolf-people tale, a wolf demon from hell and probably several I'm not remembering right now.

Of course, the Darkhold was involved in the origin of vampires. Atlantean cultists used the Chthonic scrolls to get vengeance on King Kull after he slew Thulsa Doom. The led to the creation of Varnae, the first vampire.

Chthon had his greasy mitts involved in the origin of zombies as well, but the Darkhold wasn't specifically involved then. The Vodū god Sagbata (Baron Samedi) requested assistance from Chthon to create an unbeatable servant, thus came the very first zombie.
