If they had choose someone to be the official Discworld artist after Paul Kidby died, I would be okay with it being Rubendevela. I just love all the detail that pic has.

The Katara/Lyra pic got saved to my PC faster than I thought possible. It's like my subcounscious controlled the mouse there for a second.

I had no idea there was such a character in Friendship is Magic though... it's getting harder and harder to summon the willpower to avoid watching that show.

She only is in one episode but that is more than enough for the fandom to latch onto her.

Also, I love the Shepard noveau style; but nowadays I can't see a ME related pic without dreaming of the days of the first game.

I was kind of hoping that the DC Antiquity pictures would be themed, like Superman being English because for some reason that always happens, Wonder Woman being Byzantine, Batman being probably Italian, but it all just seems like a mish-mash of various Late Classical/Medieval styles.
