I've really been enjoying IDW's 80's licensed properties right now, with Ghostbusters ranking quite high. I love the art and the easter eggs hidden within the pages. I am also a big fan of the Extreme Ghostbusters, so the fact that Kylie Griffin has been incoporated into this continuity. One page from issue #5 and two from issue #6.







I really hope we get to see more of Kylie and the other Extreme Ghostbusters.

I've followed this guy a long while because of his GB art, and I'm so happy IDW brought him on as the artist, because while he tends to keep to the movie designs, he sticks just a bit of the cartoon's expressions and style in there too.

That "Extreme" appellation is such a cringe-worthy marker of its era. To think that we all thought it was awesome at the time.

What it did right was completely exceeding everyone's expectations of how good a show it was. It had the appellation, but thank gawd it didn't take on the cliche spirit!
