Since Stunner's returning next week in Superior Spider-Man, I thought I'd post about her role in the resurrection of Doctor Octopus, and what happened to her. It's a little bit of a follow-up to my last post where we were introduced to Stunner and saw Otto get killed.
After Doc Ock's death Stunner showed up for a little bit during the clone saga, where she went after Kaine for killing him. I thought of posting that stuff, but it was too complicated to explain everything that was going on, and Stunner basically just disappears at the end with no real conclusion, so I decided to skip over it.
In Amazing Spider-Man #425, by Tom DeFalco and Steve Skroce, the crime boss Rose makes a deal with the True Believers, an offshoot of the Hand.

In #426 Carolyn Trainer, a former student of Otto's who became the new Dr. Octopus after his death, is able to find out who stole his body after she roughs up some lowlifes at a bar. Spider-Man is also looking for who stole Otto.
Meanwhile Rose, who is planning on using Otto to advance his career in the underworld, is told he'll need a sacrifice to bring him back to life.

"--a strategic alliance may be in order!"
Spider-Man battles the ninjas until he gets knocked out by a drugged throwing star.

The ceremony continues in #427.

"--to bring him back!"

After having a drug-induced hallucination, Spider-Man manages to break free from the chains.

Spider-Man manages to escape to the roof, where he battles some more ninjas and Rose's enforcer Delilah.

In #428, Spider-Man battles the revived Dr. Octopus.

As the battle goes on, Trainer hears police sirens and tells Otto that they need to leave, so he topples over a deserted building, forcing Spider-Man to save the bystanders below, and they get away.

Otto's storyline continued in Spider-Man Unlimited #18, by DeFalco and Joe Bennett.
Otto is reading a newspaper about his return.

Trainer tells Otto about his life, about how he became Dr. Octopus, and his run-ins with Spider-Man.

At the end of the issue there's a short three-page story titled "Her name was Stunner!"
We see Angelina hooked up to her respirator.

"Though he can barely remember his own past, he can easily imagine the life she once lived."

"For an all-too-brief time, she was quite a Stunner!"
