Favourite Fight

I've been meaning to post these for a while now - one of my favourite Nightwing action sequences.

I know a lot of people don't particularly like Devin Grayson's run. I'm pretty ambivalent about it myself - the first half was a joy to read but things went decidedly pear-shaped towards the end. To her credit, she did bring us some memorable Nightwing moments. Like this fight sequence for example:












This is what I'm going to miss when Dick fights as Batman - seeing him hand the goons their arses while giving the impression of being their favourite beer buddy. *sigh*

Rick Leonardi. One of my favourite artists who never seems to get a regular book. Around this time he was jumping around the Bat-books randomly, IIRC.

I'm really going to miss it if Dick stops giving the impression that fighting is fun.

I can imagine Dick being scary to criminals as Robin and Nightwing - one moment he's smiling and the next he's throwing you off the train.

And about that: S_D, do you think we need a trainsurfing tag? Or, you know, a trainsurfing week.
