It was Len Weins's idea to adapt a series of Peantus cartoon strips into a Batman story, which is a sentence I do not think has been written before or since. (Though Kite Man might have a claim there now I think about it)


Here for some context, from 1969, is the series of strips by Charls Shultz which inpsired the above and became some of the best known Peantus strips of them all...
