Yeah, but more precisely a HESITANT manner, to my way of thinking. That's why writing a story gingerly is an off mental image. 'OK... easy does it, now... oh, dear - have I bitten off more than I can chew? Should I go on? What to do? If these stories get riled up, they can turn on you! Bite your head off, they can!'
