2. Where would Batman be if it weren't for everything at all being available in Gotham, but only at one location? Like he wasn't lucky enough that the city is a crazy quilt of different rare soil types all over...
Look how cozy the Batcave used to be. Some candlelight, an ottoman, some easy chairs... Bruce really took some time to make that Batcave a Bathome.
Well, geez, no wonder every criminal in Gotham still acts like Lucky Luciano if all they watch is old crime movies.
