Man, unless there’s stuff that hasn’t been shown in the scans, the story here is way less intimidating and spooky than the cover would suggest.

No, it's about what you see here, though there is a bit that's actually fairly funny where Bailey saves a woman and then tries to charge her $20. I wonder if Slott was inspired by the "everybody gets one" joke.

What a nice, wholesome story. And logically proving to the Super Adaptoid that by it's own rules, it SHOULD be a hero is delightful.

Namechecking Richie Rich might be a BIT on the nose, but I suppose it's still better than actually being NAMED "Killionaire" (See also Billy Billions from Ben 10, and the Hellfire Brats)
