The intent of these posts is to chat and have some fun and, sure, vent a little as required. Reasoned debate is fine, as always, but if you have to ask if something is going over the line, think carefully before posting please.
Normal board rules about conduct and behaviour still apply, of course.
It's been suggested that, if discussing spoilers for recent media events, it might be advisable to consider using the rot13 method to prevent other members seeing spoilers in passing.
The world situation is the world situation. If you're following the news, you know it as much as I do, if you're not, then there are better sources than me.
Scotland introduced new Hate Crime legislation, including gender identity in it's scope. Regrettably this has led the usual suspects to come out of the woodwork.
Doctor Who got another new trailer
Sentai series BoonBoomger introduced their fourth member, Boon Black, in one of the more violent episodes I can recall seeing. The new recruit had the absolute crap kicked out of his civilian identity by a monster of the week, but kept coming back, so earned his spurs very much the hard way.
This years crop of April Fool's gags seemed a little sparse but there were some good ones (I especially liked Aldi's Scottish stores announcing their new "Haggis Ice-cream"), and tumblrs new "Boop" option was fun. Did you find any that amused?

Anybody looking forward to WrestleMania this coming Saturday? I think we all know how Cody Vs. Reigns is gonna go. I am more interested in the 6-way tage team ladder match though.
Been enjoying the latest Pirate Warriors dlc. Obviously, Young Garp was the one I was most exciting to play with. Gold Roger and Young Rayleigh were fun though.
Young Garp plays like Hagger from Final Fight, so there is something darkly humourous about piledriving Luffy in to the ground.
