Wolverine should barely be able to move in that armor. He should also be dying from adamantium poisoning. ...and blood should be oozing out from just above his knuckles constantly.

Who is that in the Sentinel?

My understanding from other sources is that what Sabertooth did didn't work EXACTLY like he planned.

Other parts of his plans didn't, but Logan himself noted that he's powerless in the comic.

Edit - And the armor might be powered, since Forge would be pretty absentminded to build an armor that only super strong types could use for Logan.
