I guess there's the argument that the media landscape is pretty divided now and a lot of "hit" streaming shows don't have the viewers that network and cable TV used to have ... and Marvel's target audience doesn't watch network or cable TV anymore.

I assume the Disney lawyers are pretty involved now too. I doubt The Mouse wants them talking about someone else's IP.

Or they they just don't want people dunking on them like they did when Civil War Frontline came out.
