how about the fact this isn't the first time she's done it. And the baseline villain Karla Sofen is an extremely arrogant and intelligent woman who'd view Bullseye as the stuff under her fingernails.

are you at all familiar with Moonstone prior to this? Sex is a pretty damn minor part of her life, and when she tries to manipulate people it's people who are a lot more important than the bunch she's going after currently. And she is definately acting slutty. It's a pretty stereotypical behavior and she's displaying it for whatever reason.
