I hate that this awesome design for Star Thief hasn't been used again :(

I know this is getting into "why does Superman need the Justice League?" territory but Star Thief (and several other notable NW villains) is so far beyond everyone but Nova* that it does seem like a real writing challenge...which is solved by giving the others Mandroids to fight.

*Maybe Nita or Marvel Boy on a good day.

I love Bagley's art here, it's so full of energy. The panel in which Star Thief blasts Vance and Rich is awesome.
Also love Star Thief's design. That's another thing Bagley is very good at.
