I knew this would happen. Spider-Man signed her death warrant.

I feel like if he kills her Parker is just gonna execute him.

Like Peter is just a normal dude, he has limits and lines.

I'm not entirely sure he CAN kill Tombstone. Maybe if he fills Tombstone's mouth with webbing.

I feel like you keep blaming him for the actions of Tombstone. If Tombstone kills his own daughter, it's not Spider-Man's fault. It's *Tombstone's* fault. Nobody forced Tombstone to kill his daughter; hell, at this point, it wouldn't even make any difference in his court case, it would, in fact, make it worse.

Spider-Man didn't sign her death warrent by convincing her to do the right thing. This isn't Spider-Man's fault at all.

I agree with you, but Spider-man tends to voluntarily put the weight of the world on his shoulders. If something bad happens and he wasn't able to stop it, he views it as his fault.

I'd argue the general idiocy of Marvel civilians come into play - in this case, the New York justice system. Why was the key witness against the violent superpowered mobster with paid killers on the payroll just staying in her boyfriend's apartment?

I think that, as far as they knew, she wasn't it. Jennifer was pretending to be Janice when White Rabbit showed up.

It's his fault for putting her into the crosshairs. I'm sure she could have turned evidence anonymously if she desired, but no. Peter wanted to see Lonnie's face when his daughter...who really doesn't look like his daughter, but that's a different matter...turned on him. That was for his own pleasure...because SOMEHOW, getting beaten up by Tombstone really bothered him compared to all the other villains that had him on the ropes before. And it's not like Tombstone has been untouchable or anything. He's no Kingpin.

Lots of tensions and drama. Hopefully something happens to stop Tombstone from killing his daughter.

Why couldn’t the whole book have been like this instead of all that Paul and Scribble Man nonsense?

I feel like you are overexaggerating the amount of time dedicated to both Paul and Rabin. Over 57 issues, their story takes up, what, maybe four or five? And that's about it. The rest of Wells' run goes from okay to pretty good to AMAZING.

Peter, you can't put the Shocker away for three months, I don't think you've got the juice to brag that anyone is never getting out of prison.
