Ah yes, guy gets hit by weird very visible ray and goes on a rampage and our antagonist immediately goes "IT MUST BE THE GUYS FAULT!" rather than whoever fired the weird ray.

To be fair, the only person that was hurt the second time was Rick Jones. No great loss, right?

Does Pak's point even take in to account all the times the Hulk has been separated from Puny Banner?

I think all the times Bruce has been separated / removed from the Hulk or he's been rendered truly mindless don't count.

Man, why did Leader even bring Rhino, anyway? He was a detriment at every point except driving the truck, and I'm sure he could have found someone else better to handle that.

The Leader is the brains... a LOT of brains... but he knows he needs brawn as well, and Rhino is entirely brawn, and probably works cheap.
