Bonebreaker got distracted by the time storm passing threw a couple of issues ago and now Elsie Dee has a genius-level intellect. Oops.

Wolverine is in town investigating reports of a doppelganger. Albert (the Wolverine robot) has been impersonating him and ripping off the local mobs to fund his upgrades.

First I ever heard of Elsie Dee (LCD?) was in a magazine talking about the game Wolverine: Adamantium Rage. She sounded incredibly lame, but in a way that kinda works for a video game, I guess?

This has surprisingly improved my outlook on her.

She (or an Elsie?) also had a memorable role in a two part Exiles story about twenty years ago.
