Trying to think of anyone who'd be sad if Bullseye or Bushwhacker died at Carnage-on-Eddie's hands - other than them, and Eddie in a more abstract sense - and drawing a blank.

I'm not sure Carnage sees them as targets so much as potential hosts. If they fail to make the grade, Carnage let's Eddie kill them.

And yeah, he's absolutely the kind of low-level fodder that Marvel will let them kill off for this book. He and Bushwacker are doomed.

Soule is a very clever writer - throwing the All-New Venom in there is a nice way of twisting the knife for both Eddie and the reader.
