Last issue: "The Silver Surfer goes inside his own mind and finds an evil version of himself surrounded by pillows... ... this isn't going to turn into a weird sex thing, is it?

Jim Starlin and Ron Lim mentioned some of this once in SILVER SURFER #48.

"Galactus! Did you tamper with my conscience so I wouldn't be crippled with guilt over all the inhabited worlds I led you to?"
"Yes, Norrin Radd."
"Undo said tampering"
"All right."
"AARRGH! I'm crippled with guilt over all the inhabited worlds I let you to!"

Which Dark SS points out: SS had to do what Galactus wanted and he even tampered with his conscience.
I am a little uncertain what SS means by "I... was cavalier when I should have been compassionate."
