Cap doesn’t appreciate Daredevil sticking his nose in his war on drugs.
The Kingpin is trying to enjoy a nice meal when Cap comes barging in.
I don’t know, that dish sounds a bit too adventurous for Gruenwald’s Cap. He probably thinks sparkling water is too spicy.

Getting little information, Cap departs and is immediately confronted by Daredevil.
Cap should leave the wisecracks to Spider-Man.
Cap is acting crazy because he is hopped up on drugs. What was Daredevil's excuse? (He was being written by Ann Nocenti in his own book.)
