The Question comes to the aid of a mobster who was raised by wolves.
Volk tells the Question his life story. His family were a Romani tribe that fell victim to the Nazis. Volk was the only survivor, so he fled and was raised by wolves. His rivals hired hitmen to take him out to stop him snitching.
Thankfully, the hitman is a terrible shot.
Vic travels to Europe to mark Volk's passing.
