It's down to there being more magical precedent in Greek Mythology to help Waylon (who's more immediately bestial and not in possession of his full faculties), fixing up the malformed and mutilated Oz and Harvey would probably take its own kind of dangerous magic.

I don’t think Ozzy and Harvey want anything to do with Bruce now. I really wish we would have had more time as then as friends. Ozzy just looks a wreck, he really got it the worst out of all of them, he’s even more so than Waylon.
