We find out they're in the Dreamqueen's old realm (she got lost in limbo), when Puck comes along and sees this city which he didn't make. Since up until that point, anything Earth-like only existed because he made it, he goes to investigate. Sees his old team in trouble and gets creative in his help. Hence the Elvis of awesome. :D
