The Titans get some down time as they search for raven. Jaime left for awhile to go see his mom after the near death experience of last issue. (Plus a excuse to explain his appearance in JUSTICE LEAGUE: GENERATION LOST #3)

I wish we could get a good titans storyline where everyone keeps there
damn libidos in check.
Or more so there respective horniness is not causing drama.

Damn in real life there is " That Guy or Gal " That has to be the attention whore in more than one way or another.
I guess it's more than natural to come across the same type in comics.

I really was liking Aquagirl ( still do ! she's kinda my fave next to Rose). The thing is, this slight personality flaw makes her more human and realistic. Just will sit back an see what happens.

It's sad to know that this is a better issue compared to the rest of the issues in the past of Henderson's writing, and that's really saying something. :\

That said, I am actually really impressed here by this storytelling choice. Here you have a team where a small sub-group of the members are de facto family, incredibly close and used to sharing their problems and relying on each other and working as a unit. So Kon sharing his personal life with Bart is perfectly fair. They're best buds, and both Bart and Cassie are used to knowing each other's private business without that impacting their team hierarchy. Cassie's concern, however, is also completely valid, since there are a number of people on this team who do not share that history, and the boys behaving so casually around and about her does create a bad atmosphere for her and undermine her authority (particularly given her gender and the specific aspect of her private life at issue). At least based on what's posted here, this is, unbelievably, a completely reasonable and organic form of team drama that actually doesn't reflect badly on anyone involved, require anyone to be an idiot, or lend itself to a quick, clean, easy or obvious solution.

Oh my God, how is this plot concept even within a thousand miles of a Titans book?

That said, the timing kills it pretty hard. I'm so over any form of Titans interpersonal drama of any kind, no matter how plausible, I'm practically in lunar orbit. And this is very nearly the direct opposite of what Cassie as a character needs, or really anything that benefits Kon all that much either.

Poor Lorena really needs to do anything, anything at all in this title besides be "stock Vampy Latina plot device", too. Cassie and Kon are both served fine, here, outside of the obvious fact that more plotlines about her love life are the very last thing Wonder Girl needs, like even past getting depowered, but it'd be nice to get an Aquagirl moment at some point that makes her look good, or even anything besides obnoxious or contemptible.

It is kind of amusing that out of all the girls in the Titans now, that the alien whose species regularly ates or vivisects people is the nice one whilst all the others seem to be whiny, bossy and generally unlikeable.

'Cept for Traci, and she isn't even a regular character.

Urgh. Don't like the art. It looks like the artist just doesn't know what to do with a character when they are just standing around (or in Kons case floating).

Look at the hospital scene. All of them seem to keep their distance from M'gann's bed. I can understand that from Bart and Kon, but the rest of the team, especially those who have been working with her for some time now should be standing next to her head, sitting beside her legs or something like that. -.-

Aquagirl and Conner having an affair.... after Cassie being bitch for being leader... despite being leader during the Young Justice days..... this adds on the irk of the Blackest Night. They could have brought back Tana Moon and had THIS problem with the couple, but they just add on Aquagirl....

Cassie really had one major mission as leader and the book was cancelled. With the final issues it was hard to remember Robin wasn't the leader.

Lorena Stop. Writers Stop making her hit on every single unavalible character there freaking is. For Christs Sake she was never like that before. I want to srsly smack someone I'm not kidding.

And writers also stop... just stop. *facepalm* stop ruining Cassie/Conner for me. They were getting a long fine like, a few weeks ago. But I mean... she does have a point, I mean yeah he's just talking to Bart who is like one if his, and her best friends, but I'd be pissy to if I was team leader and someone was chatting about my sex life...

For the record, I'm not getting flirtatious vibes from Aquagirl in that last page. Then again, I haven't read the whole issue, and I'm not exactly the authority on flirting... but still, could people be jumping to conclusions based on previous poor experiences? Because I think I like Aquagirl and Kon as friends, quite a bit.

Of course, this being DC, I would not be surprised if my hopes happened to be horribly dashed by canon.

It's typical soap opera writing. Even if Kon and Lorena were speaking about the price of bread or the chance of precipitation, the last panel of Cassie observing them paints them firmly as a potential couple...if only from Cassie's perspective.

You know, this is getting kind of... annoying. First they had Aquagirl hitting on Blue Beetle in front of Traci-13, and now it looks like they're setting her up to vamp Kon. I wish they'd stop using her like that. >_<

Still. Gonna hope the writers are going for friends. I mean, I see nothing wrong with Lorena/Kon--especially since Cassie's making with the "do not want"--but it would be nice not to have this turn into a freaking soap opera. Wait, whoops, forgot this is the Teen Titans. Never mind.
