GI Joe 32.5 was published in 2008 to go with action figures of Scarface and Crimson Guard. It's basically a day in the limelight episode of life in Springfield, focusing on a random kid who I think is meant to be the son of the dearly departed Fred/Smith. It also shows the origin of Dr. Mindbender.
It actually is written by Hama, but I don't think he was burning the midnight oil on it. Still, for completion's sake, let's give it a quick once-over.
