In the new "backissue" #33 there is a cool piece on Powergirl(yes, they tell the Wally wood story) and her troubled history (she got pregnant and gave birth to a demon???) say what you want about JJ but for fixing her he earned my thanks!!!

I wouldike to see a story with her seeing a shrink (maybe Dr.Midnight ?) attempting to deal will all her fucked up history and experiences.

Midnight's a surgeon, IIRC, and it would probably be a bad idea for her to have a shrink who's on her team.

Now that I think about it, that's one thing DC lacks. They need a Doc Samson.

That's an interesting concept - that Superman originally jumped instead of flew because he hadn't quite got the hang of flying yet. You don't generally think of superpowers as being things that take lots of practice to get right, but it makes sense - flying must be awfully disorienting at first, if you've lived your whole life on the ground up 'til then.
