Been busy lately with work (you graduate, and suddenly you're expected to have a job), so I haven't done this in a while; but, four scans from Captain America #611.
The National Security Council and the President basically accept Steve's version of events, but the public is a different consideration (particularly because of the Philadelphia bombing):
