Another looter stumbles upon a Asgardian locket containing an evil spirit. Wade trips a Stark Security Sensor-tm- and summons a very pissed-off former-resident.






Thor says Deadpool reminds him of another trickster.



Yes Wade, you said that out loud.

The spirit-possessed looter comes rampaging by and it's to battle!





Ha.

Also, the cover is Wade trying in vain to lift Thor's Hammer and it's inscription has been changed to, "Whoever pulls this hammer, if he be weak, shall be mocked by the laughter of Thor."

Second week in which a guy has hit on/showed attraction to Thor. I would not mind this trend continuing.

I know that a number of people here are going to go the 'methinks he protests too much' route regarding Deapool's statement in the fifth scan, but really, I think he's Joker-sexual - that is to say, like the Joker, he's not so much an inherently sexual creature as someone who's attracted in whatever direction suits the punchline. He's not hetero-, homo-, bi- or asexual - he's attracted to who and whatever will cause a rimshot sound effect in the reader's mind. (Although, really, he does that sort of thing far more than the Joker does, but you know what I mean.)
Also, I like how he's openly acknowledging that it's completely pointless to fight. It's the GOD OF THUNDER - what's he going to do, heckle him to death?
