They need to talk to anyone who is related to someone in Arkham? Don't they know they have a brother in Arkham?
Also, was this any good? The Cornell issues were so horrible, I stopped picking this up. I'll get it again in May, but Tomasi annoyed me with the "whole family is here!" comment.

Sorry, but I don't quite get who you're talking about. Surely the whole family was together safe and sound last film night? They don't have any missing brothers or sisters, that's what makes them such a strong, supportive family unit!
Really, I'm sure it was a very warm and feel-good moment for fans of the characters who count.
Yes, they probaably know. But they don't exactly need to warn themselves, do they. At most Alfred or maybe Dick will have to take a phone call from GCPD and pretend they don't already know what they're being told. Yeah, it would be nice to mention Jason, but I'm pretty sure warning any Dents, Nygmas or Quinns is a higher priority than telling any Wayne faminly memers that they might have to fight a supervillain.
Since Jason Todd is legally dead they probably have pretty good reason for thinking the guy in Arkham wouldn't be considered part of their family by this guy. Though there's also probably the meta factor--Jason just isn't Arkham crazy. He doesn't belong there so they'd expect White Knight to know it.
Nice idea, really it is, but legally, no I don't think they do, since Jason is still legally dead and "The Red Hood" is still regarded as a John Doe, isn't he?
I like the "family" aspect of the villain, though it does mean a rather high bodycount of innocent victims whilst the villains just keep on strolling on.
Ow. It makes my heart hurt to think of someone like the Mad Hatter having a normal family on the outside.
This is the same reason I really hate the burgeoning plot line with Babs' brother. I just... I just can't stand the 'happy families but for one inexplicably evil member' trope. It's irrational, but I can't help thinking "if you're so damn nice and kind and closely knit why aren't you out there trying your best to help them not to be evil and insane right now?"
Because protecting yourself and your family from the them might take priority? If I had a violent criminal for, say, a brother, who endangered the rest of my family by association, I'd probably not stick around to 'help' either.
I kinda like the family dynamic they set up with Harley Quinn in Gotham Sirens. She's still in contact with her mother, brother, and nieces and nephews. They know what she does for a living and they don't approve, but it doesn't stop her from being part of the family. The scene where her mom tries to talk her into becoming a superhero "like that nice Stargirl on tv" is pretty funny.
I really hope they don't kill off Harley's family.
"We need to find EVERYONE in Gotham who was related to ANYONE who's sent time in Arkham..."
Given how many people have spent time in Arkham, and that many of those people are probably native Gothamites, wouldn't that be, well, almost everyone in the city?
A villain who kills the family members of Arkham inmates - now THAT'S an interesting twist. I'm guessing that he's going to have more than just the Bats to worry about - half the villains in town are going to be after him, and they WON'T be happy. Also, those are some very striking visuals with the tree in the white room.

I mean to call them "horrible," as if this were a foregone conclusion, I would like to see why you (or others) thought so.
