On a slightly related note, I know someone who draws Predator females and males gorgeously, and often.

Does he or she take the semi-canonical approach to Predator females (I think I read it from one of those technical manual type of things), that it's definitely the women who wear the pants in Predator society. They're bigger, meaner, smarter, etc. While the men are out hunting they're the ones who actually rule the empire.

Yeah, the über-macho alien race is totally matriarchal.

I forget. I don't remember them being bigger, but from pictures you can't exactly see who's more vicious.

And the most vicious races are often matriarchal, like the hyenas.

The female Predators are indeed bigger and stronger then the males.

The females run the society in the homeworld, but there are female Hunters too. The Predator in Aliens vs Predator Deadliest of the Species was female I think, so was the one in the Aliens/Predator/Witchblade/Darkness crossover I think. We never got to see her face.

Given that she still had her hand after handling the Witchblade I'd say it's a safe bet that she was a she.

And yes, 'Big Mama' was a female too. Her mother's instincts were a big part of the story.

I may not be James Cameron nor Robert Rodriguez but I would gladly greenlight this Epic Crossover.

I seem to remember one crossover between the Predators and the Terminators (as well as the Aliens) but I think it wasn't good at all. Maybe they should hire Andy Kubert to do a Predator vs. Terminator Crossover (I loved the way he handled the art in Batman vs. Predator).
