I was never a fan of the art, but always dug your snark and digs. Kinda wondered why the art hadn't evolved that much... then I see this.

You've made [thousands] of these? In that case, the art is just fine. I only thought you'd made the ones you occasionally posted here. Keep on keepin' on.

It started out freehand, then I changed it into a sprite comic for a couple of years, and that style evolved somewhat over time. Then I started drawing freehand again because I was fed up with the limitations of the sprite style (people couldn't look up or have action scenes for example), so I got a bunch of drawing books and tutorials and kept working until I had something that seemed presentable.

On the original collection site, Cass Cult, they got up to 1900 odd ones (not all of them mine, other artists better than I have contributed over time), but a hundred or so got lost in the mists of time due to our archivist moving to Alaska and then Japan.

Collected what I could on my dev_art account, EspanolBot, though there are still some of the sprite comics still missing.

Plus Linkara used to contribute strips before he became famous. :) Also Chaltab of Teen Titans Abridged as well.

John Tracy, from Thunderbirds, he ran their satellite (Thunderbird 5) listening out for distress calls, which he'd then relay to his brothers so they could go and help trapped miners or whatever.

He basically has the same role as Oracle, 'cept she gets to interact with people on a regular basis, while he seems semi-exiled to his spacestation, which was partially justified by him being a solitary sort with an interest in astronomy.
