Huh? What the hell is creepy about someone else cleaning up a room? By that definition, all janitors and cleaning ladies are creepy!

It's creepy to clean someone's room when the someone doesn't know that you're going to do it. It can also be very embarrassing when the someone finds something you didn't think anyone else was going to look for. Like a sex toy, for instance.

there was a guy in S:TAS who really liked her but she was turned off by his spiderman comics. It was suggested they were at least friends in the end. she wasn't explicitly dating until 'Far From Home'
