Plutonian has returned to face the new Paradigm (super powered people), made up of former villains under Survivor's command. Those who attacked Survivor are stopped, and Survivor goes to confront the Plutonian once more... only he is gone, with some of his new teammates.

If this was a movie or tv series I can actually hear this song being played in this scene. May it be via audio or Plutonian actually taking the time to sing it..just to add to the creep out factor.

I'm vaguely indifferent to coming off as a complete and utter monster, but I have to admit that killing the "reformed" villains is a good thing. These guys joined up with Survivor not because they want to redeem themselves, but because they didn't want to go back to prison. Fear would only keep them in line so long before they reverted back to being even more monstrous than myself (my heart isn't black, but my soul absorbs 100% of all light!).

Thank you Plutonian for doing the world a service and eliminating those unwanted pests. Now please kindly do so with yourself.

The Thunderbolts have proven that reform IS possible. Fear might be the inspiration, but the rewards of heroism can be appealing too.
