That's not how an enchalaphathic person presents. They are more likely to squint from light sensitivity, headache, and other pain in acute stages.

I'm assuming you are referring to the eyes - in the art, the irises are off with a lot of people - they are too small and not properly placed on the eye, and he does look wall eyed (opposite of cross eyed.)
