*His launcher is a sneeze: In a flashback case, before Wright was a lawyer, he's a client that wears a mask for his terrible cold and sneezes pretty frequently to where the mask bounces around.
*Maya puts up a barrier: Maya is Wright's assistant and friend but is also a spirit medium, thus the supernatural barrier.
*Maya lunges at the opponent: Maya has done this against a certain prosecutor when he was attempting to make off with Wright's evidence in a case.
*Wright's Investigation Mode: A big part of the series is where you examine crime scenes and discover evidence. It's the job of detectives and prosecutors but Wright always gets away with doing it and often pokes his nose where it's not supposed to be. The same sound effects from the series are used in UMVC3 when you discover evidence.
*Presenting evidence that causes projectiles: The evidence you collect in the series can be presented to people that trigger various conversations/reactions during investigation phases.
*One of the junk evidences is a bottle of grape juice: This plays a part in the first case of Apollo Justice and is Wright's favorite beverage. Other evidence in UMVC3 also references the series - the vase is probably a nod to Victor Kudo and Tres Bien, which is in the third game.
*Presenting junk evidence: Seth demonstrated how presenting junk evidence in UMVC3 causes Wright to be embarrassed and stand there. This happens all the time in Ace Attorney, as well as Wright making awkward expressions and resulting in being penalized.
*Before battle Wright taps his documents: This animation is done throughout the series.
*Wright has a scratching-his-head/frustrated attack: Also done throughout the series.
*Victory animation has Maya throwing confetti: When you win cases in the game random confetti always falls.
*Nightmare Judge special: From a nightmare Wright has in one of the games.
*His Level 3 rant: In the games witnesses have dramatic breakdowns during the court climaxes of Wright figuring things out. Similar to the witnesses in games, in UMVC3 the opponents have an over-dramatic expression on their face.
*His music themes: When you make a legit objection in the games the Objection music plays. During various climaxes in court the song Cornered will play, which also plays in UMVC3 when Wright enters Turnabout Mode.
*His win quotes: "Not a big fan of things being thrown at me... but at least it wasn't hot coffee." References Godot - a prosecutor that always chucks his coffee at Wright. (And has never missed.) I've also seen quotes that reference Mia Fey, Maya's sister and Wright's mentor, as well as the Steel Samurai show but their exact wording has slipped my mind.
*Get 'Em, Missile assist: Missile is offered for you to use by Detective Gumshoe in one of the cases in the first game.

Remember that from the X-Men "Days of Future Past"? Look who's the one character who hasn't been "slain" or "apprehended". The Mega Man fans are going nuts.
Although Seth Killian later confirmed that the poster was a call out to the X-Men issue and didn't particularly mean anything. Still, the fact that the creators did that is a VERY cool nod to Marvel continuity.
Although I was sad about Son-Son; I liked playing her in Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
