As to the other comments. How was changing Joker's origin disrespectful and pointless? Because I don't see that?

Also I happen to be a fan of z superman returns. The"unprotected sex was based on the original superman movies where surprise, he sleeps with Lois. I honestly don't think he had condoms in his suit.
