Holy Crap, someone FINALLY remembers that Betsy has a Captain Britain costume that allows her to fly and utilise superstrength.

To be fair, her first spell of using it didn't end well...

But not because of any failure of the suit.

After Doug was shot dead, and she shifted to her literal suit of armour costume, I kept wondering why she wore that clunky thing, rather than the powersuit she already had which added more powers to her repertoire.

Well, it's not as if Daily Mail readers would take a shining to an asian Captain Britain, even if she is only trapped in an asian body. And considering the average stupidity of Marvel-Earth peoples, there's bound to be a sizeable chunk of Daily Mail readers in the Marvel-UK population...

Me too. I understand that this one is more iconic, but the MI-13 costume was sooo good. And it didn't last long enough.

I'll never understand why they bother keeping Psylocke in her Asian body when most artists draw her looking white anyway. Is it so that they can keep her in the ninja bikini thong costume?

It's a problem, though, when changing the outfits makes you not know who half of them are. Especially when you've shat up the waters with legacy characters that I also cannot recognize in odd outfits.

(to be fair, I can never recognize Fantomex anyway. I keep forgetting he exists at all.)

Ah, an x-force cover that hearkens back to an era when continuity was something you could follow, when Wolverine was only in three titles a month instead of twelve to twenty...when every issue wasn't a tie-in to a giant crossover between fifteen titles...when the X-men family of titles was "X-Men, New Mutants and Excalibur". Good Times, Good Times.
