Dude in Distress Week- Nate Grey and the World's Worst Chair

One of my two favorite Grey kids recently found his way back from death (as they do,) and his return to the good ol' 616 seemed to fit this week's theme.



On the cover, Mr. Grey is bound up to some sort of death wheel. Not so much in the book itself. Instead, he's in, well...




...the worst chair ever. Or, to be more accurate, the Omega Machine. Let's let Nate explain it.




I like the fact that Nate makes an attempt to save the hench kid. He's a good guy, that Nate.



Of course, the kid ignores him, goes through the giant portal, and gets eaten by the first giant monster out there. Still, points for effort, right?
