Good News! Young Justice (animated) has a return date

Young Justice is coming back to TV screens in less than a month! The airdate for the new episode is March 3, 2012.

The episode title and synopsis have been released by World's Finest Online (at the link above) and that information is reproduced here too.

Hmm, I wonder if this means Artemis' secret will finally come out? Also, I hope it works out for Kaldur and he gets to stay as team leader for a bit longer at least...


Also, it looks like The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes is getting a new comic series. Still no word on an airdate for Season Two, although since those comics are set for an April release and the movie comes out in May I'm guessing it'll probably be around then.

Season 2 starts on April 1st.

Given that the Avengers film will be released in May, I assume that it is not a prank.

Nah, it's true. Disney XD's exiled the Marvel block to Sunday mornings, and CN is doing the same for the DC block for Saturday mornings.

I dont like Zatanna in the show, It seems like shameless pairing fuel for Robin.
I keep waiting for season 2 and Donna Troy or a Batgirl Cameo.

Also Waiting for a Little baby Lian (love "Targets" episode!)

Well they've had both Barbara Gordon and Bette Kane cameo in episodes, so presumably a Batgirl of some sort'll be appearing at some point though.

I do like their version of Zatanna though, as they actually go through some effort to show that her magic has rules (she has to memorise spells before she can use them) and actually uses them for practical, mundane uses (such as changing her shoes from highheels to practical, flat ones to prevent her breaking her ankles whilst running away from someone).

I like Zee in the show, but I'm with you on the shameless pairing fuel. That I'm not feeling. For one I ship her and Bruce and two, it's..kinda weird considering. Seems like everyone on the team is paired up with each other. They play around with the pairing thing just too much.

A "World Without Young Justice" adaptation would be interesting. A villain rewrites history to prevent the young heroes from getting powers or turning them evil. (Yes, that sounds like the plot to Flashpoint, but YJ did it years earlier.)
