Date: 2012-03-09 08:03 pm (UTC)I kid, I kid. Honestly I don't see Lex and Lois having a romantic relationship but maybe an awkward friendship, sure?
But then again I've read some fascinating (and sometimes terrifying) fanfics that are extremely well done and have convinced me to believe/invest in relationships that are totally out of left-field. So a Lex/Lois romance isn't entirely out of the question.

Date: 2012-03-09 08:14 pm (UTC)Also, this story feels more like begining of a run than stand-alone story arc. I mean, will we ever see that Glenmorgan guy, or Clarks landlady ever again? Given how writers love to ignore what people did before them, I wouldn't be suprised if no. Its almost like if Morrison was forced to make the story much shorter, than he wanted it to be. Which would explain the zero transition between few scenes.

Date: 2012-03-09 08:21 pm (UTC)As for the nature of Morrison's run, it feels more like All-Star, to me. There's connecting characters and stuff like that, but each issue feels like it's own individual story, as well as contributing to the overall narrative. It's nothing new for Morrison, and personally, I find it refreshingly fast-paced compared to the normal six-parters.
