The first issue:

Once upon a time, Glory decided she wanted to try out being human.







Well, eventually she found Glory.



The second issue:

Someone gets paid a late night visit.

















That brings us to the latest issue:

500 years later, on the planet Mars...



The old woman's Riley. She tracks down Glory.





So she snaps Riley's neck.

From what I understand, he really wasn't too terribly involved creatively with the Extreme relaunch unless it's something he's writing/co-writing himself, like Youngblood or, to a certain extent, Avengelyne.

First issue: Oh, this is kinda cool. Curious to see where they go next.

Second issue: Not a whole lot of info outside of that twist at the end, but still entertaining.

Third issue: ...Holy shit, what the hell did I just read. God DAMN, now I'm hooked.

I second this. Gloriana, Gloria, and Riley all have distinct body types, and the fight with Glory and her mom versus her dad has believably built female fighters. There's no Supermodel-in-Spandex Syndrome.

I love Ross Campbell's art so much, that scene of the cave is just perfect, I'm so glad this exists!
I'm glad I'm enjoying the writing too, this and Demon Knights are the only things I'm reading not in trades, and they're both so worth it.

Glory is not sexy, not sexy at all- She is beautiful! And I am definitely intrigued by what's going on.
