I don't know if this'll get me in trouble or not but it's not actually a pose. She's not holding it, she's moving she should be in that position for a second before shifting.
well, I'm a guy so I can't do it exactly but I'm pretty sure there's been times when I've twisted around to talk to someone behind me when I was working and didn't want to take the time to turn around completely.
...Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can. I just did, and I'm certainly not the most limber fella in the world. Now, one could argue if it's the best way to move if you're going to swing a sword at somebody, but that isn't really the point.
I'm pretty sure that's the point actually. It's a ridiculous, not realistic looking pose for a character that is supposed to be in the process of swinging a sword but whom the artist thought was better used to show off tits & ass at the same time.
