scans_dailyOkay, Avengers: X-Sanction was basically a lead-in to AVX.
Cable demands to know who was responsible for what happened to Hope, and Blaquesmith tells him it was the Avengers. So Cable travels back into the past (our present) and tries taking out the Avengers so he can save Hope.
In the end, Cable is defeated when his techno-organic virus takes over his body. The Avengers let the X-Men take him into their custody, where Hope cures him.
