The realist is a newspaper comic stip that also publish on the web in english translation and got a book in french.
The creator is Asaf Hanuka twin brother of Tomer Hanuka and Husband of illustrator Hilit Shefer
Asaf asked to do a comic strip for the ecotomic newspaper "Calcalist". He said he tried to make something funny with jokes and his editor told him that he is not funny so he just need to be himself. the comic sometimes bitter start with the economic subject but very fast became to be abuot life and dealing with alot of subjects .
The comic won gold medal in the society of illustrators.
