It's funny because when Jason was redesigned with red hair, there were a ton of people complaining that the hair change made Jason "ugly" even though his face was designed exactly the same.

His face design was most decidedly not the same, and the receding hairline/acne mentioned in the dialogue was definitely not added to make him sound like a fresh-faced beauty.

Come on, you know you'd shit a ton of bricks if they did that to Cass Cain.
