Meet the Superman Family Adventures Luthor Brainiac team!

When they first meet after Brainiac arrives on Earth, he's a little surprised that Lex knows of someone like Superman...



Fair point there Lex I think...

But team up they do, and when Superman, as usual, arrives to stop them, we see the fiendish cunning of Brainiac in action...

There needs to be more fun kryptonite effects. Peter David's run on Supergirl gave us Pink Kryptonite, which made Superman a slightly different shade of fabulous. (It's canon, which makes it so much better.)

I think I remember some sort of silvery kryptonite that made Superman, well, HIGH AS FUCK for the whole issue. That was AWESOME.

Pink K totally sounds like a drug you'd find in a gay bar, more sophisticated than the regular stuff... it's a pretty cool name actually.

The story was set in a silver age universe, so cliche was kind of everywhere.
