Date: 2013-02-06 03:47 am (UTC)Honestly this scene would have been so much better if Batman tried to shield the Joker or whip out some kryptonite, only for Superman to beat his ass down and then go for the Joker. That would actually seem villainous, instead of doing everyone a favor.
(Or even better, for Bats to actually stand aside and let it happen, which would fuel a lot of guilt later on when he sees the world he helped create.)
