For some reason I can't read the title of this post without hearing it in the voice of Bartok from Anastasia. That said, she's an interesting character, but I'm not terribly impressed by Riggs's attitude so far.

I liked it, but I think the fact that it was impulsive smooch on our mere mortal's part would have gotten across better if Valkarie had borrowed Northstar's expression from the first X-Men/Alpha Flight cross over. Namely:
